Our brew tags are made of a waterproof poly material designed to withstand normal airpot heat conditions.
The Burundi Kayanza Yandaro, like most coffees from that region, is a microlot almost by default. Each farmer owns an average of three acres of land, which is not enough to create its own lot. Cherries are delivered to centralized depulping and washing stations. The Yandaro washing station is where the coffees grown in the Kayanza region are sorted, fermented, and washed. All that work results in a coffee that tastes like summer cranberry peach tea sweetened by golden raisins. Do we need to say more?!?
