HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITH YOU?
Wholesale orders may be placed on this website at any time. You may also email your order to orders@joevangogh.com. Telephone ordering is available during our normal business hours (Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 3:00pm ET and on Friday from 8:00am to 11:00am ET).  All orders placed by email or telephone will be confirmed via email prior to being filled. We process and ship orders Monday through Thursday 8am – 3pm ET and Friday 8am - 11am ET, holidays excepted.

HOW CAN I SET UP A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?
Wholesale accounts are exclusively reserved for businesses. To set up a wholesale account for online ordering, click here or contact us at orders@joevangogh.com. To qualify for wholesale prices, you must be licensed as a business by your state and have a valid tax ID number. You will be required to submit a tax ID number for your business to qualify for wholesale pricing. In accordance with federal and state laws, Joe Van Gogh must collect sales and use tax from customers that have not provided a tax ID / Sales and Use Tax Documentation.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Standard orders received before 9am ET during normal business days will either ship out that same day or the next business day, depending on the size of the order. Orders received after 9am ET, as well as large or complex orders, may take 2 business days to ship. Please be aware that we are closed on the weekend and many national holidays.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed online will ship via FedEx Ground unless you have chosen to pick up your order at our warehouse in Hillsborough, NC. In the event of large orders, heavy items, special orders and oversized orders, LTL (pallet) service is available on a case-by-case basis. Orders shipped LTL carrier may require extra time so that carrier arrangement can be made. Customer requests or additional charges for LTL shipments are the responsibility of the receiving party. We will call customers prior to sending LTL deliveries to confirm delivery details. If you would like to know LTL shipping options, contact us at 919 644 0111 ext. 0.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Coffee orders of 40 lbs or more ship for free. Non coffee products do not qualify for free shipping.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Please email us at orders@joevangogh.com in the event that you need to cancel or change an order after you place it.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?
You may pick up your order at our warehouse and roasting facility Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm ET or Friday 9am - 1pm ET. Select "Warehouse Pickup" when you check out. Our address is 505 Meadowlands Drive, Unit 101, Hillsborough NC 27278.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payments can be made online using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
In some instances, payments can be paid per agreed upon terms. To request alternate arrangements, such as Net Terms or Bank Transfer, please email orders@joevangogh.com prior to completing your order online.

Please allow a minimum of 5 business days to process requests. Joe Van Gogh reserves the right to adjust payment terms at any time in accordance with policies included with each application. Please contact us at amandaw@joevangogh.com to arrange for wire transfer for LTL shipments that are not prepaid. This may increase lead times.

Account balances must be current and paid in accordance with the agreed upon account terms on or before the invoice due date. Joe Van Gogh reserves the right to hold shipments pending receipt of payment on delinquent balances due. Accounts that are past due must be made current before additional orders are picked up, delivered or shipped. Delinquent accounts subject to reasonable attorneys’ fees, collection fees, collection agency fees and costs incurred that result from the collections process. Accounts not paid according to established terms are subject to finance charges equal to 1.5% per month with a minimum of $1. Accounts approved for terms may settle balances with a credit card to prevent delay with order shipments.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization, which can be made by calling 919-644-0111, ext. 0.  All products must be sealed, non-expired, and in good condition to be considered for return. Applicable inbound and outbound shipping charges are the responsibility of those requesting the return. Once the product is received and inspected for compliance by Joe Van Gogh, a credit memo will be issued. Return orders to: Joe Van Gogh ATTN: Returns 505-101 Meadowlands Dr. Hillsborough, NC 27278.

HOW DO I REPORT A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. All claims for damaged products must be made within 2 business days of receipt. If a damaged product is received via common ground carrier such as FedEx, please show the damage to the delivery driver, take a picture of the damage, retain all packing materials with the order and contact Joe Van Gogh at 919 644 0111 ext. 0 to report the situation. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING DAMAGED SHIPMENTS WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT.
